Overview

At TeslaNeckPillows.com we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of Tesla Neck Headrests. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free refund policy to ensure your peace of mind. Please read the following policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding returns and refunds.

 

Eligibility for Refunds

 

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

 

• The product must be returned within 14 days after you receive it.

•  The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been used without the included protective materials. Our neck pillows come packaged in a breathable fabric bag that allows you to test and experience the product without direct skin contact. If tested with the fabric bag on, the pillows can be returned within 14 days.

• The product must be in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

• Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, must be provided.

 

Non-Refundable Items

 

• Products that have been used or damaged by the customer.

• Products not in their original condition or packaging.

• Products returned more than 14 days after the purchase date.

• Products ordered with custom lettering.

 

Return Process

 

1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at contact@teslaneckpillows.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.

2. Receive Return Address: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Address and instructions on how to return the product.

3. Ship the Product: Securely pack the product in its original packaging and include all accessories with your order number or copy of your receipt. Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service team.

4. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Cancellations & Changes to Existing Order

Unfortunately, we’re unable to cancel an order after it’s been placed, All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees which include labor and raw material. Therefore, If you placed an order by mistake or have changed your mind, you’re welcome to use our returns process to send it back for a refund. We’re here to assist if you have any questions or need help with the return.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages

Packages shipped within the United States that are sent back to us because they are either refused or unclaimed are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non refundable and will be deducted from the merchandise refund.

 

Shipping Costs

 

• You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Damaged or Defective Products

 

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at contact@teslaneckpillows.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

 

Exchanges

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at contact@teslaneckpillows.com.
